Scrub is a main thing when doing any kind of facial, manicure or pedicure in salons. But nowadays people use it at home to get the beautiful skin. These homemade foot scrubs will help your feet get hydrates and soft like never before also help to reduce swollen or any pain from the feet by relaxing them so good. I personally love making homemade beauty products and scrub is a main of those. So for this month I am using cocoa foot scrub and the results are so attractive. It’s exfoliate my feet and leave moisture so my feet look so nourished like a baby foot.

There are so many types of foot scrubs that you can make at home but here are some that’s working so amazingly for every type of skin because of their best natural oils and fruits. They are easy to make step by step and cheaper in cost compared with those expensive brand's product. So choose one of them and give a try. You can use that scrubs daily or according to your needs.

So here are my 10 best soothing foot scrubs:


 1. Avocado foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Mashed avocado                       2 tablespoons
Argon oil                                    1 tablespoon
Honey                                        1 tablespoon
Lemon juice                               1 tablespoon
Baking soda                               1 teaspoon
Method to make:
Step 1. Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it.
Step 2. Mix them well.
Step 3. Apply the scrub on your foot by massaging at least for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4. If scrub remain in the bowl take a small jar put that scrub in it and keep it in your refrigerator for later use.
2. Cocoa foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Cocoa powder                        half cup
Orange peel                           2 tablespoons
Lavender oil                           1 tablespoon
Olive oil                                  2 tablespoons
Jar                                          for storing
Method to make:
Step 1. Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it.
Step 2. Mix them well.
Step 3. Apply the scrub on the foot, knees or elbows by massaging in a circular motion at least for 7-10 minutes to get the best results.
 3.  Sugar scrub.
Ingredients:
Sugar                               half cup
Lemon peel                     2 tablespoons
Honey                              2 tablespoons
Ground almond               2 tablespoons
Tea tree oil                      1 tablespoon
Peppermint oil                 1 tablespoon
Jar                                     for storing
Method to make:
Step 1. Take out the peel of some lemon and make it paste.
Step 2. Take a bow and mix all the ingredients in it.
Step 3. Place the scrub into the jar.
Step 4. You can use this scrub daily or twice a week is also enough.
4.  Sea salt feet scrub.
Ingredients:
Sea salt                 half cup
Shea butter          2 tablespoons
Coconut oil           2 tablespoons
Tea tree oil           2 tablespoons
Jar                           for storing
Method to make:
Step 1. Melt coconut oil in a microwave.
Step 2. Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3. Place the scrub into the jar.
Step 4. Use this scrub on your feet by massaging at least for 6-10 minutes to get the best results.

5. Honey strawberry foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Strawberry paste                  2 tablespoons
Honey                                   1 tablespoon
Brown sugar                         1 tablespoon
Rosemary oil                        1 tablespoon
Peppermint essential oil       1 teaspoon
Method to make:
Step 1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2. Apply on your foot by massaging in a circular motion at-least for 10 minutes to get the best results.
6.  Lemon oil foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Lemon oil                     2 tablespoons
Lavender oil                 2 teaspoons
Green tea                    1 tablespoon
Semolina                     1 tablespoon
Honey                          1 tablespoon
Method to make:
Step 1. Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it.
Step 2. Mix them well.
Step 3. Use this scrub thrice a week to get soft feet.
7. Cinnamon foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Cinnamon powder           1 tablespoon
Dark brown sugar            3 tablespoons
Whole wheat flour            2 tablespoons
Jojoba oil                          1 tablespoon
Almond oil                        1 tablespoon
Olive oil                            1 tablespoon
Method to make:
Step 1. Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it.
Step 2. Mix them well and store it in a jar.
Step 3. Use this scrub daily or twice in a week.
8.    Pumpkin foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin paste            3 tablespoons
Ground sugar             2 tablespoons
Mango butter              2 tablespoons
Coconut oil                  2 tablespoons
Method to make:
Step 1. Melt coconut oil in the microwave.
Step 2. Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it.
Step 3. Mix them well.
Step 4. Apply the scrub in your foot daily to get the best results.
9.  Coffee foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Coffee                             half cup
Coconut oil                     4 tablespoons
Argon oil                         2 teaspoons
Honey                             2 tablespoons
Baking soda                   1 tablespoon
Method to make:
Step 1. Melt coconut oil in the microwave.
Step 2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl properly.
Step 3. Place the scrub into the jar and keep it in your bathroom shelf.
Step 4. Use this scrub daily or as per your need.
10.    Green tea foot scrub.
Ingredients:
Green tea                         2 tablespoons
Coconut oil                       2 tablespoons
Olive oil                            2 tablespoons
Almond oil                        2 tablespoons
Brown sugar                     2 tablespoons
Method to make:
Step 1. Heat the coconut oil on the flame with green tea.
Step 2. Now take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it.
Step 3. Mix them well and let it stay there for 15 minutes.
Step 4. Now place the scrub into jar and it’s ready to use.
