As, my opinion exercise is one of the best thing should have in every person life. Because, their benefits are just not countable. One of the best and amazing benefit is it control weight whether its gaining or losing and that one simple word control so many disease like Arthritis, Cancer, 2 types of Diabetes, control blood pressure and cholesterol etc. it is also said that people who do exercise in the morning have better sleep health than those who don’t exercise it also increases the bran health so it can stay distress most of the time. The best thing to stay active and confident. But there are a lot of things that you can include on your positive healthy lifestyle such as choosing healthy food, give yourself at least 60 minutes for physical activities, fill 2 litter water for yourself in separate bottle write your name on it and challenge yourself to drink it in one day and trust me after a week you will be used to do this always for your perfect lifestyle. Don’t forget to take some dry fruits before sleeping as it promote peaceful sleep etc.
